Handmade Minimalist Whale Ornament | Pacific Speckle
A small whale ornament hand sculpted and decorated in my studio in Dundee, Scotland. It's decorated in a minimalist style, with the top half a lovely bright speckled blue and the bottom is a lovely speckled sand colour.

Please note, metal stilts have been used during the firing process to ensure that the full whale is glazed. As a result of this there may be some marks on the bottom of your whale, this is a natural part of the process and can't be avoided. It shows that the piece has truly been handmade and is something that ceramic valuers look for when accrediting handmade ceramic work.
This is a fragile piece of art, please handle with care. If cleaning is required please dust with a feather duster or wipe down with a microfible cloth. Warm soapy water can be used if needed.
