DELIVERY COSTS AND DISPATCH INFORMATION

 

Your item(s) will be packaged and dispatched within 5 working days from the date that you placed your order. Courier collection will be arranged and you will be provided with tracking details as soon as they are available. Once the item has been received by the courier, the progress of your delivery is out with my control, and so if there are any issues the courier should be contacted.

PACKAGING

​

Your items are packaged using a combination of recyclable, compostable and reused materials. Once you have placed your order, your item(s) will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap (I only use bubble wrap that I have received myself as part of an online order. I will never purchase virgin plastic packing materials. If you receive bubble wrap in your order, please reuse this if you can.) Each bubble wrapped item is then gift wrapped in recycled tissue paper and is secured with some jute twine. The box your items will arrive in is made of cardboard and can be recycled within most domestic recycling bins.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND RETURNS

I do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind about your order. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, there will be variances when comparing your item(s) to the listed photo. Every item I make is unique and no two are ever exactly the same.

A lot of care is put into packaging your order to ensure its safe arrival. However, sometimes accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged or broken, please do not hesitate to contact me.
